Usage:
✧ Commissions are for personal use only. Getting profit from the commissioned artpiece is forbidden.✧ Clients are forbidden to use any commissioned artwork for AI training, NFT, etc. Usage of the artwork for any advertisements, AI, Non-fungible tokens are strictly proscribed.

Refunds:
✧ Refund is possible if by chance I won't be able to complete it.✧ Refund isn't possible after the sketch stage (Unless I missed any small details like markings or jewelry. The sketch will be provided to you for the approval to make sure if everything matches your wishes)

Rights:
✧ Finished commissions will be used as an examples for my commission information pages.✧ I have all the rights to not work on a commission request if it provides any type of discomfort or breaks the terms.

Payment:
✧ I accept payment via PayPal and Wise. Payment is upfront.✧ If designs are complicated, I may request extra payment.✧ Additional character: 75% of the original price.

Attention:
✧ Before commissioning me, prepare all the information about your character (references, playlists, anything what depicts your character)✧ Patience. Currently I'm working full time job which takes a lot of my free time and energy, it will take some time to complete your commission. Though I will definitelly will be contacting you once I'd be working on them.✧ Finished commission you will recieve as a PNG file through email.

After breaking the terms may result in blacklisting and cancelation of your commission.
So feel free to type in any case of concern.By purchasing a commission from me, you are stating that you have read, accepted and will stick to the terms.
Anything what wasn't provided in the terms which involves with your commission request could be discussed.
